Our goal is to provide an inclusive, supportive club which empowers young girls through to women of all ages to achieve what they dare to dream, whilst supporting and encouraging each other throughout their own personal journeys. And of course, have a lot of fun, get fit, and make lifelong friendships along the way!
Jaclyn McDonald - Club Founder and BjP Associate
Jaclyn is Jervis Bays Principal Teacher and is a registered BjP School of Physical Culture Associate Teacher who holds Accreditation Levels 1, 2 and 3. Jaclyn Teaches all Syllabus classes (Ages 2 years through to Ladies) at Jervis Bay Physie.
Jaclyn grew up on the Central and South Coasts’ and started physical culture at the age of .
Jaclyn has enjoyed Physie for over 25 years, successfully competing to national level as a junior and senior at the Sydney Opera House and also competing at national level as an Open Lady.
Since moving back to the Shoalhaven Jaclyn wanted to keep teaching as an Associate of BjP and pursue many physie dreams which came to fruition in 2018 with the opening of Jervis Bay Physie Club.
Jaclyn is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of the sport to the girls and ladies in the community and believes that Physie is the perfect foundation for girls of all ages, as it develops and encourages determination, discipline, and confidence.
Jaclyn looks forward to seeing our members shine and all having fun whilst growing their skills and developing as beautiful Physie girls.
