We have Classes for Every Age & Stage:
✨ Preschoolers (4:00pm - 4:30pm)
A magical introduction to movement, music, and coordination! We keep little feet busy with fun exercises, games, and dance routines that encourage balance and creativity.
✨ 5 - 8 Years (4:30pm - 5:15pm)
This is where the excitement really begins! We introduce structured routines, flexibility, and teamwork, all while keeping it energetic and engaging.
✨ 9 - 12 Years (5:15pm - 6:00pm)
Building on core Physie skills, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, and poise—helping students refine their technique while having a blast with their friends.
✨ 13 - 17 Years (6:00pm - 7:00pm)
Designed to challenge and inspire, these classes focus on precision, artistry, and confidence—preparing students for competitions and performances while fostering a strong sense of team spirit.
✨ Ladies Class (7:00pm - 8:00pm)
It’s never too late to join the Physie fun! Whether you’re a beginner or returning after a break, our ladies’ class is the perfect way to stay fit, improve posture, and enjoy the company of like-minded women.
